Our most popular coaching program for the cyclist who is looking for a structured plan for event training or to improve performance outcomes with a sprinkling of online coaching feedback and analysis to keep you moving forward to your goals.Each 4 weeks we will program your training to your current fitness, time available; and specific goals. We will analyse your training metrics each month either in an online meeting or written report and give you weekly feedback through TrainingPeaks.In our Monthly Momentum Coaching program you’ll get:

  • A 4 week program of structured training sessions targeted to your goals that will fit with your lifestyle & fitness;
  • Unlimited post workout comments to keep coach up to date;
  • Your coach will provide a weekly comment on your training and/advice for the week ahead; and
  • A monthly training report either via online meeting or written.

This is a 4 week online program managed through TrainingPeaks with payments due every 4 weeks ahead of each new 4 week block.
