The Sprint Power plan is for anyone wanting to reach their peak power. Your workouts will have you cranking out more watts than you have ever seen in just a few weeks. This plan focuses on training your ability to reach, expand and dominate peak power performances to get you across the finish line faster than you ever thought you could go.DETAILS :

  • 4 week plan with 3-4 hours per week.
  • Pre-plan Zone Tests
  • 3x Sessions per week (12 Sessions)

All sessions will be loaded directly into your TrainingPeaks account.
