The Fitness Accelerator creates a solid training routine where you train at the right intensity to accelerate your overall fitness in 3 sessions each week.  This plan is ideal for cyclists looking to have structured training that is both fun and challenging to increase your overall bike fitness across training zones.DETAILS :

  • 4 week plan with 4 hours per week.
  • Pre-plan Zone Tests
  • 3x Sessions per week (12 Sessions)

All sessions will be loaded directly into your TrainingPeaks account.
