Do you prefer to train outdoors and build your bike handling skills? We have got you covered with this specifically designed series of training plans to make your outdoor rides purposeful to achieving your goals. When you train outdoors there are a number of variables that will impact your ability to focus; and we have factored this cognitive load into these plans so you can also enjoy the ride while reaping all the training benefits! Plus if things don’t plan out with the weather or your life demands; you can always use these indoors.

With our Specialty Training Plans you get the workouts you need with the science that makes you faster all loaded into your TrainingPeaks. Each plan will come with pre and post plan testing to ensure your power zones are correct and you can make the most of your new plan and performance gains moving forward. These are designed for a four week training block and contain 3-4 sessions a week.


AEROBIC ENGINE $65

Build base fitness and your foundations for endurance in the saddle. Each session in the AEROBIC ENGINE plan targets improving your longer ride capability or great for the start of a build phase for a target event.


FITNESS ACCELERATOR $65

Create a solid training routine and train at the right intensity to boost your overall fitness. Each session in the FITNESS ACCELERATOR plan targets independent training zones to keep you challenged and having weekly fun with variety.


RACE PACE $65

Increase your racing road speed by targeting threshold power capacity. Each session in the RACE PACE plan will challenge your legs so that all your mates will be chasing you in just a few weeks.


SPRINT POWER $65

Crank out more watts when it matters most and take your peak power to the next level. The SPRINT POWER plan focuses on training your ability to reach, expand and dominate peak power performances to get you across the finish line faster than you ever thought you could go.


TURBO BOOSTER $65

Boost your top end power and turn of speed to improve your capacity to follow attacks and make your breakaway attempts stick. The TURBO BOOSTER plan focuses on challenging your legs to reach their full potential and become a faster rider.
